1. What GoVumbora is

GoVumbora is a free informational tool. It estimates what a whole trip may cost by combining flight, hotel, attraction and food price data from third-party providers, and presents the cheapest and average figures in one dashboard. By using the website or the app you accept these terms.

2. GoVumbora is not a booking agent

We do not sell transport, accommodation, or any other travel service, we do not take payments, and we are not a party to any transaction. Every quote links to a third-party provider; if you choose to book, you contract directly with that provider under its own terms, prices and conditions, which may differ from the estimates shown here.

3. No warranty on prices and availability

Prices, schedules, availability and other information shown come from third-party sources, may be cached for up to several hours, may be incomplete, and may change or expire before you book. Estimates (including the trip total) are indicative and are provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Always verify the final price with the provider before booking.

4. Acceptable use

The service may be used for personal, non-commercial trip planning. Automated scraping, bulk harvesting, resale of the data, and attempts to circumvent usage limits or disrupt the service are not permitted. We apply rate limits to protect the service and may block traffic that abuses it.

5. Data and intellectual property

• Geographic data from GeoNames (licensed CC BY 4.0) and OurAirports (public domain); food-cost data from WhereNext (licensed CC BY 4.0).
• Flight, hotel and attraction content belongs to the respective providers (Booking.com, OpenTripMap and others); their marks and content remain theirs.
• Airline and hotel names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners; GoVumbora is not affiliated with them.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, or from reliance on estimates shown, including missed trips, price differences, or losses from bookings made with third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided without commitment of availability and may be modified, interrupted or discontinued at any time. These terms may change; the date above shows when they were last updated. Using the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
